Multi-Blueprint Overlay

Automatic Blueprint Overlay Magic: We have created a proof of concept that finds all the relevant blueprints for a user-chosen location from a mobile device.

Problem: One project could have up to 1000 PDF drawings and finding a single detail requires you to memorize the sheet names it is on (i.e. A101, S327, M008, etc.). It's a complete waste of time.

Solution: With one touch of the finger, the user now has access to all the relevant drawings she wants. All 1000 PDF plan and section drawings are in map form, which links them all together by geography, and allows for fast, automated search. This prevents confusion and errors.

Here's what you get:
- Walk on your drawings to get a sense of a space, combined with Shapetrace indoor navigation tech.
- Overlay multiple sheets over each other so that you can see how one system affects another, including the 3D design plans.
- Does not require 3D design plans, meaning ALL digital blueprints can use this.

We could build a new company based on this tech alone.

Building-Scale, Indoor Navigation

Here's a sample picture of our "indoor GPS" in use in a hallway given 3D architectural plans. This allows for building-scale indoor positioning, which is an amazing technical feat. You can see that the real and virtual "wireframe" worlds are matching. 

Problem: Mixed reality is extremely limited by distance such that you're only able to use it in a small room.

The real and virtual worlds start to drift apart the farther you walk away from the room. The Google Tango and Microsoft HoloLens try to fix this using "area description features", but this requires you to pre-map a space, which is extremely laborious for a large-space and makes a poor map.

Then, other positioning methods use beacons, which requires you to setup and maintain a network.

Solution: Shapetrace's tech team uses the pre-existing 3D architectural plans to locate yourself inside a building and continuously fixes itself, allowing for building-scale positioning and mixed reality. No beacons, no restrictions by where you can go.

What you get:
- field workers can enter into any "new" building and be directly towards the task in question by location. e.g. Pokemon Go Poke-Stop.
- You can give everyone the SAME map and link real-time digital information by location, unlike the internal map in the HoloLens and Google Tango. 
- The possibilities for building-scale indoor positioning and mixed reality is what people really want across multiple applications.
